Budget Blinds of Sandusky

Budget Blinds did an outstanding job with our blinds. Andy is very knowledgeable of the different products they offer and how to make them look good. We are very pleased with his work, from design, installation and follow up. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional look. We chose the motorized blinds and are extremely happy with them!!

I only gave this 1/5 stars because 0/5 was not an option. I would never recommend this Budget Blinds franchise to anyone. We had woven wood shades installed last year. We have had problems with these since installation. There has been no resolution to the defective cornice end caps after months of waiting. I finally requested a refund & for the shades to be removed. My emails & calls stopped being responded to. I needed to contact the corporate offices..unfortunately, each franchise is independently owned and operated. They cannot issue refunds or make good on their warranty. It is the responsibility of the franchise owner. We are stuck with $3600 of woven wood shades (for one bedroom), that looks like the rough draft of a new product. Terrible.

After ordering blinds for my sliding glass doors, writing a check for a $1000.00 deposit (which was cashed immediately) and a promised 3-week delivery, it has now been 7 weeks and not only do I not have my window covering, none of my phone calls have been returned. I am now confident my order was never placed and the money just went into the owner's pocket. Having just moved here from another state, I hope this incident is not indicative of what I am to expect from Ohio.

Andy does a very good job with the blinds. From taking measurements to ordering and installation the whole process was very professional. We are very pleased with the final results.

I've done business in the past with Budget Blinds and after this recent order I am totally pleased again! Pleased with the agent understanding of what I wanted; the selection; and the on time delivery.
